The house is located outside the village of Paramytha and is 20 minutes from the city, and 5 minutes from Heritage. It is on a hill, there are no other houses around and it has a view of the green mountains.

On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, open plan kitchen, second living room with fireplace, and guest toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (one en suite), bathroom, small kitchen, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the greenery. Leaving the kitchen there is a swimming pool and a large yard. Also outside there is a storage area and covered parking.

The house is fully furnished and will be available in early August. It has air conditioners in all rooms and petrol central heating.
