Villa in Oroklini

This project of detached houses is on the outskirts of Oroklini village, a kilometer away from the sea. It takes ten minutes to get to Larnaka town by car and a few minutes to Oroklini village.

There are only two houses of this type 1 available, which are under construction. One of them needs 4 months to completion, and the other one 9 months to completion.

Internally the houses, have a separate kitchen with family sitting room, living and dining room, and four bedrooms. In addition they have stone cladding inside and outside, a fire place in the sitting room, tiled pool, barbeque bench, and storage room and car port.
